What will I learn?

This program is available at the following locations: Options available: The Business Information Systems (BIS) curriculum teaches you to marshal technology to help organizations achieve a competitive advantage in today's rapidly changing environment. You will gain a firm foundation in business administration and learn to analyze, develop, manage and protect information systems. The BIS program offers two focus areas: Depending on the skills, interests and focus you choose, you might become a business process analyst, IT security administrator, IT project manager, IT auditor, application specialist, data modeler, security/GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance specialist, systems analyst, software quality tester, developer, database or systems administrator, or choose from other technology-oriented business careers. You will not just learn theory. You have plenty of opportunities to build, troubleshoot, refine and manage information systems through targeted exercises based on real-world projects. Entry requirements

For international students

3.0 GPA High school diploma or IB Diploma with minimum overall score of 26 or IGCSE 5 subjects with a 3.0 average using NCAA scale (9-7/A=4, 5-6/B/C=3, 4/D/E=2, F/G=1, 3-1/U=0). Subjects must include Math, English, Science, 2 electives. SAT: evidence-based reading/writing score of 560ACTE (ACT English) - 21Two English composition courses (Writing 121+) with grades C- or better or one English composition and one Speech Communication course (Communication 111+) with grades C- or better, all from a US university.IGCSE O or A Level English with a grade of C or better (provisional results not accepted)IB Diploma: Language A - Language and Literature (HL) with a minimum score of 5AP English L & C - minimum score of 3
