The Organizational Communication degree is a Concentration in the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Communication offered through the College of Liberal Arts at MTSU. In this concentration, students will explore the dynamics of communication within organizational settings, gaining a deep understanding of how effective communication shapes workplace culture and operations. They will develop the ability to observe and reflect on organizational processes and become proactive agents of change. The curriculum also includes practical skills such as grant writing, conducting training sessions, and engaging in communication auditing and consulting projects, equipping students with the tools needed to make meaningful contributions in professional environments.

Entry requirements
For international students
Students must have official high school or university transcripts and it must be mailed directly from your high school or university to MTSU. For guaranteed admission, applicants must have completed the recommended college preparatory courses and must present one of the following: GPA 3.0 OR.Minimum composite ACT score of 22 OR minimum SAT total score of 1100 (Evidence Based Reading, Writing and Math).If you do not meet either of the above requirements you will need: Minimum 2.7 GPA plus ACT score of 19 OR SAT score of 990 (Evidence-Based Reading or Writing and Math).
