What will I learn?

At the academic heart of ASU, this program is part of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the university’s largest and most diverse college. Its world-renowned faculty include 15 National Academy of Sciences members, 3 Pulitzer Prize winners and 2 Noble Prize winners. In this program grounded in intersectional feminism, students gain valuable insight into how the systems of inequality intermingle with race, gender, sexuality, immigration, class, globalization and other frameworks. Undergraduates gain necessary expertise in applying this knowledge to today's society. Students are offered the opportunity to challenge conventional wisdom about gender and sexuality while exploring new ways of viewing the world through the social and physical world. In addition to reviewing the guidelines in the Concurrent Program Options section below, students interested in pursuing concurrent or second baccalaureate degrees in The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Entry requirements

For international students

3.0 GPA or equivalent. Must have three years of high school coursework. (If you are currently in high school, ASU needs to see 9–11 grade coursework. If you have completed high school, ASU needs to see 10–12 grade coursework.) Must have and present a completed high school diploma or certificate.
