The bachelor of science in cyber criminology will produce highly skilled graduates who possess a holistic understanding of cybercrimes. This program not only emphasizes using computer science skills to investigate and study crime, but underscores theoretical human behaviors and victimization patterns that relate to cybercrimes.Graduates with this degree will be trained for positions found in government agencies including law enforcement agencies, private protective services, financial institutions, health corporations, and businesses. Given the universal use of digital data storage, agencies, businesses, and individuals are vulnerable to fraudulent activities. Careers in cyber criminology include, but are not limited to, cybercrime investigator, information security analyst, digital forensic analyst, and cybercrime security team member.
