The Leadership Studies degree works for those who want a degree plan that best fits their career choices in management. The Leadership Studies courses (LEAD and MGMT) are offered in an eight-week part of term during lunch hour or in the evenings (one night per week) as hybrid courses. The professional development courses (AASC) are offered online in 8-week sessions and the (COMM) courses are offered either online or in a face-to-face delivery mode depending on the course. You may apply technical credit as well as choose from a list of career focused electives. In partnership with FranklinCovey, the Leadership Studies degree is made up of an essentials management (MGMT) course, five Leadership (LEAD) courses and four professional development courses including two Communication (COMM) courses and two Applied Arts and Sciences courses (AASC) that will enhance your career goals.
