What will I learn?

Leadership skills are essential for today’s managers. Organizational settings, including for-profit businesses, political organizations, not-for-profit organizations and public and private boards, are dynamic entities which rely on skilled leaders to function efficiently and to ensure positive workplace cultures and climates. In this program, you will learn how to be a better communicator and leader with a solid understanding of interpersonal workplace dynamics and fundamentals of leadership. Your studies will take you across a wide variety of disciplines, including business, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, industrial sociology, educational leadership and other areas. Highlights of this program include: Available fully online with some course options also offered on campus in Moscow. In-state tuition for all full-time online students. Individualized program with several elective options. Opportunities for internships to apply organizational skills. 2 + 2 transfer pathways for those with an associate degree.

Entry requirements

For international students

A 2.5 grade-point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale is required from your secondary school. You must also meet criteria for admission to university-level study in your home country.
