The B.S. in Healthcare Management and Administration will combine liberal arts, business, and the study of the healthcare industry with a focus on the health system's infrastructure: community health, marketing, organizational culture, public policy, public health, finance, human resources, organization, technology and strategic planning for the changing healthcare industry. The program's primary objective is to prepare professionals who can assume a leadership role in shaping the future of health care within their chosen path in the healthcare industry. Rowan University requires the completion of 120 semester hours (30 s.h. must be at Rowan University) of approved general education (Freshmen beginning Fall 2018 or later must meet Rowan Core requirements) and major coursework in order to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. The B.S. in Healthcare Management and Administration degree completion program is a full or part-time program offered on the Rowan University Camden campus, that provides students with 60 of the required semester hours in the major.
