You will learn how to raise capital for corporations, as well as how to invest capital in real projects and securities such as stocks and bonds. As a student, you will explore the pillars of the financial industry, including economic policy, commercial and investment banking, capital markets, global debt, private equity and venture capital, investments and portfolio optimization, corporate governance standards, securities regulation, and ethics.
