The Business Law Certificate (BLAWCERT) is offered by the School of Management in the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business. BLAWCERT is open to all SJSU students and requires four three-unit courses. BLAWCERT’s curriculum focuses on core topics in which every manager should have competence: legal environment of business, labor law, real estate law, and the intersection of law, technology, and policy. BLAWCERT emphasizes applied learning, the dynamic use of technology and ongoing professional and career development.
