This certificate offers students the opportunity to begin working on courses that will satisfy requirements under the AAS in Law Enforcement. This degree can lead to a variety of rewarding, in-demand careers in public safety. You’ll gain exposure to different professions in the criminal justice system, as well as learn directly from professionals in the field. You’ll be prepared to pursue entry-level careers in law enforcement, policing, security, the legal system, community correctional programs, juvenile justice, child advocacy, protective services and other service agencies. Graduates can also pursue further education, such as a bachelor’s degree, to advance their careers.
