What will I learn?

The combined bachelor’s plus master’s degree program allows students to complete any bachelor's degree from DePaul University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in as little as five years. The Master of Science in Real Estate offers students a focused degree program of specialized courses in real estate analysis, development, finance, valuation, investment, planning and public policy. Courses are taught by both academics and professionals and are frequently team taught by a combination of the two. Casework and teamwork are hallmarks of the program, providing opportunities to develop communication and leadership skills.Students emerge from the program with strong exposure to real estate content, concepts and practices as well as a sold array of skills that can be adapted to the evolving and inherently multi-disciplinary real estate industry.DePaul degree-seeking undergraduate students interested in earning a Master of Science in Real Estate may apply to the bachelor's degree/Real Estate (MS) combined program. Students may be able to obtain both degrees in as few as five years.

Entry requirements

For international students

Final Transcripts/Proof of Degree Completion - Admitted students are required to submit final secondary school (high school) transcripts and/or proof of degree completion (A-Levels, WAEC, CBSE, High School Certificate, etc.) before enrolling at DePaul. If your transcripts/secondary school exam results were issued in a language other than English - In addition to the original language documents, you will need to submit word-for-word English translations for all pages submitted. If your transcripts and/or secondary school exams results were issued by the school or testing agency in English, you do not need to submit additional translations.
