What will I learn?

The Transformative School Leadership Program (Preliminary Services Credential) can be combined with our Doctor of Education in Organization and Leadership. This program is designed to prepare future principals, assistant principals, teacher leaders, curriculum coaches, specialists, and district administrators for the demands of contemporary school leadership.Develop a nuanced and integrative understanding of traditional leadership theories and critical perspectives. Develop an understanding of organizations as complex, social and bureaucratic systems within a larger political environment.

Entry requirements

For international students

One set of unofficial transcripts from each university/college previously attended. For U.S. applicants, the degree must be from a regionally accredited university/college.Applicants must have earned their Bachelor's and/or Masters' degrees from a regionally accredited institution.Two current letters of recommendation, noting suitability for graduate work.Current resume. Recommended GPA of 3.0 from a graduate program.
