Our graduates become sought-after pharmacists who work in a variety of settings - community pharmacies, the pharmaceutical industry, academia and more. UToledo Pharm.D. highlights UToledo offers the most affordable pharmacy program in Ohio. Interprofessional education is key at UToledo. You will work with other health science students to learn how to communicate and collaborate in a healthcare setting. Take advantage of outstanding experiential, hands-on learning opportunities. Study abroad or participate in healthcare mission trips with college faculty. Get support from dedicated advisors and academic support centers. Pharmacy programs are rigorous. We offer you the resources to be successful. Combine your Pharm.D. degree with another graduate degree in one of our many dual degree options, including the Pharm.D./M.B.A. Earn your degree in just six years through our direct admission pathway - saving you two full years and getting you into your career faster! The traditional pathway to a Pharm.D. is 8 years (4 years bachelors + 4 years doctoral). Students who do their entire pharmacy education at UToledo have a full college experience. Spend your first two years on UToledo's Main Campus. Get involved in any of our 20+ pharmacy student organizations. Spend the next four professional years just a few miles away on our Health Science Campus - one of the most technologically advanced medical campuses in the U.S.

If you have a bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field that includes most or all of the required prerequisites, you can apply directly to our Pharm.D. Professional Division.

Apply to our Pharm.D. program through PharmCAS, a centralized application service.

The PharmCAS website has an application checklist and directions for filling out the application.

You will not need to submit a UToledo application.
