The Department of Management seeks doctoral candidates with a passion for understanding how individual, group, organizational and inter-organizational phenomena affect the management of complex organizations. Our doctoral students develop a strong knowledge base in a variety of topics in management, including organizational behavior, human resources and strategic management, with the overarching goal of preparing for successful scholarly careers in academia.Doctoral students in our program have many opportunities to collaborate with multiple faculty on research projects.
