Entry requirements

For international students

To be considered for admission into the Ph.D. in Engineering Program, a student must first satisfy the admission requirements of the Graduate School. The student is also expected to meet the requirements for admission into the Program as described below - B.S. degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent, with a minimum 3.0 grade-point average; or an M.S. degree from an engineering program, with a minimum 3.5 grade-point average.Statement of Objectives including the research focus area of interest, the research that was performed during undergraduate or graduate studies, and the name of the potential WSU DQF with whom the student will conduct his dissertation (but only if this has been mutually agreed upon)Three letters of recommendation
