You will need to submit one copy of records for all previous post-secondary education. You can do this by contacting the Registrars Office of each higher education institution that you have attended, and asking to have one copy of your transcript(s) sent to Syracuse University. All offers of admission from Syracuse University are conditional, pending the receipt of these official academic credentials. Your academic credentials confirm that you have been awarded a U.S. bachelors degree (or equivalent). We typically do not admit students to the masters program to earn a terminal M.A.; however, those who are admitted and enroll in the Ph.D. program earn an M.A. degree along the way. As such, you do not need to have already earned a masters degree prior to applying to and enrolling in the doctoral program. One exception is for graduating Syracuse University seniors applying as part of the Forever Orange initiative.
