In the Bachelor of Arts program in English with a concentration in writing, rhetorics and literacies, students learn strategies for inquiry and action. Students explore the ways that communication creates knowledge and action, and they study how communication is constructed, circulated, reacted to and repurposed through time and place. Students investigate the history, theories and methods of inquiry as well as pragmatic and social actions of rhetoric, writing and literacies.
3.0 GPA or equivalent. Must have three years of high school coursework. (If you are currently in high school, ASU needs to see 9–11 grade coursework. If you have completed high school, ASU needs to see 10–12 grade coursework.) Must have and present a completed high school diploma or certificate.
