The University of Cincinnati online graduate certificate program in Human Nutrition is designed to educate medical students, residents and fellows, practicing clinicians and other health care professional (nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, health educators) with advanced content in nutrient metabolism and nutritional therapy across the lifespan. Although graduate training in nutrition toward a master's degree is an option, the rigors of a busy clinical schedule for the practicing health care professional often preclude them from pursuing graduate education in nutrition. This online program is designed for the working health care professional who desires to maintain employment while furthering their education in nutrition.The program is taught by experienced graduate nutrition faculty, who will provide advanced nutrition coursework in an online environment to accommodate the busy working professional. Students can complete the 12 credit hour program completely online in as little as one year.
