What will I learn?

The Systems of Human Capital Management Certificate is open to all persons holding a BS in engineering or a quantitative business degree or who are currently accepted into a graduate degree program at Missouri S&T. Once admitted to the program, the student must take the four designated courses (provided in the curriculum section). In order to receive a Graduate Certificate, the student must have an average cumulative grade point of 3.0 or better in the certificate courses. Once admitted to the program, a student will be given three years to complete the program.

Entry requirements

For international students

Letters of recommendation (general requirements listed below, individual programs may vary) 0 for non-thesis masters programs 2 for thesis masters programs 3 for PhD and DE programs Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Unofficial transcripts are accepted at the time of application. Upon arrival on campus, you must request that an official copy of your transcript(s) to be sent to us directly from your previous universitys registrar's office. Once we receive the official documents, we will verify them. If there are any discrepancies between the unofficial documents you submitted, Missouri S&T will withdraw your admission and you will not be allowed to apply to S&T in the future. A statement of purpose (personal statement) of 1,000 words or less on why you are interested in the program A resume or curriculum vitae.
