Our JD/MBA dual degree program offers a powerful opportunity to build valuable business expertise while you're learning the practice of law-in a fraction of the time it would take to earn separate degrees. Your accelerated curriculum includes three semesters of full-time co-ops pursued through the Northeastern School of Law, giving you unparalleled work experience that can set you apart from your peers. In a dynamic and complex global marketplace, employers increasingly seek leaders with deep expertise in both business and law. By earning your JD/MBA dual degree from Northeastern Law and the D'Amore-McKim School of Business, you'll build that sought-after expertise, positioning yourself to work anywhere business and law intersect. Your law courses will develop your lawyer's mindset and allow you to explore diverse practice areas your business courses will challenge you to think like an entrepreneur while deepening your knowledge in two highly relevant business specialties. You’ll also build your analytic skill set and strengthen your understanding of the role of data and technology in a rapidly changing business world.

Entry requirements

For international students

To be eligible for admission, a candidate must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university by the time of law school matriculation in August.International applicants who have earned undergraduate degrees from institutions outside the United States or Canada should submit official copies of their transcripts to the LSAC JD Credential Assembly Service for translation.Applicants whose undergraduate degree program was not taught in English are encouraged take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), but it is not required.ResumePersonal statement
