Designed to assist classroom teachers, administrators, and education specialists to meet the needs of diverse student populations in international schools. Endicott College offers a Master of Education in Teaching & Learning : International with your choice of models:A 100% online programA blended program of online and face-to-face studies with summer courses in MadridBeginning summer 2026, face-to-face classes will also be offered in Prague, Czech RepublicThe program prepares you to navigate the complex global challenges and trends that are affecting education on a global scale in order to create an educational environment that encourages transformation, innovation, and skill development-the foundations for excellent teaching. This flexible blended program can be completed in a minimum of 18 months, or over an extended period of time to meet your personal requirements. The blended program of studies comprises six online and six face-to-face courses, which are delivered during the time periods listed below. Entry requirements

For international students

Completed online application and non-refundable dollar 50 application fee

One letter of recommendation. This recommendation can be from either a professional or academic reference.

Official transcripts of all post-secondary academic work should be sent directly from the institution(s) including confirmation of undergraduate degree, date confirmed, and any other graduate work.

Personal statement. Please include an essay of 250–500 words about career goals and motivation for graduate study.

Current resume or CV.

Education applicants for the Reading and Literacy Instruction program are also required to submit proof of their Massachusetts initial licensure.

Applicants for the initial license in Secondary Education are also required to have either a Bachelor's Degree in their intended subject area or provide a passing score on the subject-matter MTEL as part of the application process.
