What will I learn?

The educational administration path involves working with teachers, students, faculty and other educators. You'll work to help make education a rewarding experience where students feel empowered to succeed.Courses in this field emphasize strategies for managing conflict, building consensus, communicating effectively and developing leadership skills. We’re nationally known as a leader in inclusive education. We train teachers who are culturally competent and ready to thrive across diverse, dynamic Southern California school districts. In your classes, you'll develop a leadership style that’s unique to you, based on your particular strengths. At the same time, you'll study policy and hone your instructional abilities, giving you the breadth of experience necessary to lead in a variety of contexts.
