What will I learn?

The other route students may take to earn the entry-level masters is the Master of Athletic Training Program (MAT). This program would be for students who have an earned bachelor’s degree and meet all the pre-admissions requirements. These students would apply during the winter semester of the year they plan on beginning the program. If accepted, they would start during the summer semester and have two full years of coursework. Students will be able to engage in thoughtful dialogue and engage in problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis regarding all aspects of athletic training. Students will promote and practice respect and unbiased treatment of physically active individuals regardless of race, color, gender, or religious affiliation.
