What will I learn?

Our MBA in Cybersecurity Leadership is a comprehensive program that combines traditional business education with elements from the fields of computer science, cybersecurity, and psychology. The program is designed to prepare graduates to lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives within modern organizations while addressing the evolving challenges in the digital landscape.Classes are led by industry-experienced faculty, who prepare students professionally by integrating core business concepts with advanced cybersecurity principles, leadership skills, project management, strategy development, and psychology. The program culminates in a capstone project, allowing students to apply their interdisciplinary knowledge to solve real-world organizational challenges currently found in the field of cybersecurity.

Entry requirements

For international students

Official transcript(s) from undergraduate study. All applicants must submit transcripts indicating completion of your undergraduate degree and the date conferred. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is expected for acceptance into our graduate programs.Post-secondary academic transcripts. All applicants must submit official copies of all other post-secondary transcripts.Transcript evaluation. For any school you attended that is outside of the United States, you must obtain and submit a transcript evaluation. Those academic transcripts must be evaluated by an agency approved by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. A list of agencies and their contacts may be found on the International Admissions page.Statement of Purpose. Submit an essay of at least one typed page, but no longer than two pages, with your application. Please give your reasons for deciding to do graduate work in the field you have chosen. We request that you cover these points:Letter of recommendation. Most programs require one letter of recommendation.Test scores. Rivier University masters degree programs do not require G.R.E., G.M.A.T., or M.A.T. results for entry.Accepted tests and minimum required scores are: Duolingo (100), TOEFL (61), IELTS (5.5).
