What will I learn?

The MBA in Healthcare Management prepares students to lead in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the economy. From hospitals and health systems to insurance, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and consulting, there is sustained demand for business professionals who understand the operations, regulations, and economics of modern healthcare. This program builds the management acumen needed to navigate that complexity and step into leadership roles that improve how care is delivered.

This 42-credit program pairs a full core of business disciplines - accounting, finance, marketing, analytics, operations, and leadership - with a dedicated healthcare core covering health systems performance, healthcare management fundamentals, and a choice of electives in health finance, health economics and policy, and health law and compliance. The result is a single, streamlined curriculum that gives every student the same strong foundation in care delivery models, health regulations, and the management challenges that span hospitals, payers, and life-sciences organizations.

Flexibility is built in - students can complete the degree fully online or in a hybrid format, with pacing options for full-time or part-time study. A business elective lets you round out the degree with coursework in marketing, HR, entrepreneurship, analytics, global business, or applied practice - whether you are entering the field or advancing toward senior leadership.
