The University offers a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Legal and Ethical Governance which requires courses in accounting, economics, finance, information systems, management, and marketing. The Flex M.B.A. with a Legal and Ethical Governance concentration provides students with a key foundation in the functional areas of business and specialized skills in regulatory compliance and corporate governance. A master’s in business administration from MTSU with a concentration in legal and ethical governance features courses in business ethics, legal aspects of healthcare, and managerial communications. The Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Legal and Ethical Governance requires completion of 37 hours.

Admission to the Master of Business Administration program requires the following:
an earned bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a GPA of 2.75 or higher; and
a minimum Index Score of 1000 calculated using (GPA x 200) + GMAT (or GRE equivalent).
