The Master of Science in Civil Engineering program offers the advanced degree you need to take your career to the next level. Whether you are interested in full-time study or you are a working professional pursuing your studies part-time, our graduate term structure will allow you to accelerate your studies. The program can be finished in as little as one year studying full-time and as few as 21 months studying part-time. Classes will typically be offered once a week during the evening.

Entry requirements

For international students

Successful completion of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education in civil or environmental engineering. Other engineering science disciplines will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) is required for admission. Candidates with an undergraduate GPA between 2.7 and 2.99 will be considered for conditional admittance.

Graduate students can use any of the following standardized tests to meet our English language requirement:

TOEFL - 80 IBT

IELTS - 6.5

PTE Academic - 56

STEP Eiken - 1

iTEP - 4.5

Duolingo - 105 DET
