What will I learn?

Our goal is to prepare computer, electrical, and systems engineering students for success and leadership, and to expand knowledge and understanding through research, scholarship, and service.The department offers a variety of graduate, undergraduate, and certificate programs in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Human-Centered Design, Information Assurance and Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering. Many courses and programs are offered on-line as well as in person.The Master of Science in Cybersecurity offers students from both technical and nontechnical backgrounds the opportunity to pursue advanced studies in cybersecurity. The program is designed to meet the needs of students seeking to develop workforce-centric competencies in cyber defense.

Entry requirements

For international students

Students looking to enroll in a master's degree program at Florida Tech must hold a bachelor's degree (four-year degree) in a related field from a recognized, accredited college or university (or the international equivalent). Applicants must have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 as an undergraduate in order to be considered for admission to a Florida Tech master's degree program. Transcripts from a non-US institution are internally recalculated to meet this threshold. Transcripts, Résumé/CV, Two recommendation letters, Statement of objectives.
