Transitioning from our master's to our doctoral program is seamless, but if you know you want to earn a PhD, you can apply directly with your undergraduate degree.

Consideration is given to students who have completed another curriculum in engineering, science, physics, or mathematics that includes sufficient preparation to pursue a graduate program in electrical engineering. In some instances, additional preparatory studies may be required after admission.
The preferred undergraduate GPA for admittance to the program is 3.40.
Anyone who has or will obtain a bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution in the U.S. or a comparable degree from an officially recognized college or university outside the U.S. may apply for graduate admission.
