Students entering the proposed masters degree program are expected to have a background equivalent to that of a student graduating from the departments undergraduate civil and construction engineering degree programs or to obtain such background through specified prerequisite courseworkBachelors degree from an accredited institution, indicated on an official transcript. Exceptions may be granted to students from other institutions that have signed agreements through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).An official transcript from the institution from which you received your bachelor degree is required, as well as a transcript from institution(s) where any graduate level courses or degrees have been taken/completed. Sealed transcripts are considered official if printed on date is within the previous 90 days. Applicants are not required to submit an official transcript of courses taken/completed at WMU. Departments may request additional course information/transcripts as necessary.
