What will I learn?

The Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSPS) is designed to facilitate student development in basic and translational science. The MSPS has a laboratory-based research thesis component intended to give the student conceptual and experiential knowledge required for pursuing a career in research and development in the pharmaceutical industry and related fields (e.g., academic and governmental research/regulation). This 2-year program consists of in-person classes on the Schaumburg campus. Admissions are open for fall start dates until the program is full. The full-time course delivery meets F1 visa requirements and is STEM designated.

For international students

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities in the United States. Personal statement (500 words or less). Interview with potential faculty mentor. Unofficial GRE, MCAT, or DAT score (recommended if GPA < 2.8).
