The Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences is the traditional nutrition sciences graduate program at the University Cincinnati. This program is designed for anyone seeking advanced nutrition education. This program contains a thesis or non-thesis option. The University of Cincinnati Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences is designed for students who have completed a baccalaureate degree in nutrition or other science-related discipline (health sciences, chemistry, biology, psychology, and others) and wish to earn credentials to practice nutrition and/or wish to gain further knowledge in nutrition. The program is also open to practicing dietitians, nurses, physicians, or other health professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and credentials.
