We encourage applications from candidates with a variety of backgrounds. The PhD in Entrepreneurship program has a preference for applicants to hold a master's degree in a business (or closely related) discipline that meets the common body of knowledge requirements for business degrees. If applicants do not hold a master's degree in a business (or closely related) discipline that meets the common body of knowledge requirements for business degrees and are selected for admission into the program, then the student may be required to take Integrated Management Seminars BUS 5901, BUS 5902 and MGT 5310.
