In response to the growing need for school psychologists to ensure the mental health and safety of our children, there has been an increasing demand for qualified psychologists to serve in schools and other academic institutions. You can prepare for this thriving field through the Master of Science in School Psychology Program at St. John’s University. Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants must possess a baccalaureate degree.

Language Requirements

Applicants whose native language is not English and who have not attended a postsecondary institution in which English is the language of instruction must provide TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo scores for admission.

Applicants who have taken the SAT can have the TOEFL/IELTS requirement waived

Applicants who have attended an American high school abroad or an American university can have the TOEFL/IELTS requirement waived

Applications received by March 15 for fall admission will receive priority consideration. Applications received after this deadline will be reviewed according to space available in the program.
