The Undergraduate Certificate in Sport Analytics and Performance gives students early, hands-on access to the rapidly growing field of sport science and applied performance analytics. Ideal for students interested in coaching, sport management, sport science, athletic training, or data-driven performance roles, the program blends foundational coursework in statistics and sport data analysis with an immersive, year-long residency. Through direct involvement in a Division I Power 4 performance environment, students learn how to operate cutting-edge technology, support live data collection sessions, interpret biomechanics and performance outputs, and collaborate with coaches and staff to improve athlete development. This program positions students for entry‑level roles in sport analytics and performance settings while also preparing them for graduate study in sport science, coaching, analytics, or related fields.
