What will I learn?

In this program, you’ll dive into graphic design from the ground up by learning about visual communications and systems, design process and research, implicit and explicit messaging in text and images as well as decision-making processes for your creations. In U of I’s Department of Art and Design, students learn by doing. Here, our students create art and design work that prompts reflection, questions societal norms and addresses the needs of diverse environments.
