Hong Kong Art School

For nearly 20 years Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology of Australia (RMIT University) and the Hong Kong Arts School (HKAS) a division of Hong Kong Arts Centre, have play a pivotal role in the art eco-system in Hong Kong, with award-winning graduates recognised as driving industry and, pushing creative boundaries.

The HKAS, who co-presents these programs, and RMIT offers a hub for emerging artists and practitioners to engage incultivate contemporary art practice and gain exposure through local and international exhibitions.

Our Fine Art programs allow you to explore your unique talents and develop your artistic skills with practice-based projects that will lead you to a successful career as an artist or management professional in the art world.

Through this partnership, students are offered fine art programs with academic levels ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.

School for Higher and Professional Education, Vocational Training Council

RMIT began its partnership with the School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE), Vocational Training Council (VTC) in 2003.

RMIT students study in state-of-the-art facilities and also enjoy comprehensive support.

Lectures are conducted by RMIT and SHAPE teaching staff at the campuses of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
