Other eligibility requirements

The scholarship provides:

  • A fortnightly stipend of AUD $39,500 per year (2026 pro-rata rate) for up to 3.5 years. The stipend may be indexed annually and includes limited paid sick, parenting and partner leave.
  • A one-off relocation grant of AUD $2,000 for students moving from States or Territories other than Victoria or AUD $3,000 for students moving from outside Australia.
  • A Visa length Overseas Student Health Cover (single membership) for students who require a student visa to study in Australia.

Eligibility

To be considered for this scholarship, your must have applied for and meet the requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy - Architecture.

Selection criteria

Eligible applicants are assessed based on academic merit. One scholarship is awarded to each year level of the architecture program.
