You're eligible if you:
achieve a minimum unadjusted ATAR of 99.00 (or equivalent)
complete Year 12 in 2026 or 2025 (if you’re on a gap year).
And either of the below:
Australian citizen or Australian Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder; or
Australian Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen, or international student who is completing or has completed Years 11 and 12 in Australia.
And you:
have not completed any previous tertiary study, other than as part of your Year 11–12 studies (e.g. Enhanced Studies Program)
have applied for a tertiary place through QTAC and have UQ listed as your 1st QTAC preference as at 12:00pm on Monday, 21 December 2026
are intending to enrol as a full-time student in a UQ undergraduate program in 2027 (or 2028 if deferring).
