To be awarded by departmental recommendation to an outstanding full or part-time major in Applied Disaster and Emergency Studies. Preference will be given to first or second year students who are continuing their studies. This scholarship shall only be awarded to students who are not receiving, nor will receive any other scholarships totalling more than $2,500 in the same award year.
