Academic excellence
The Department will nominate either one PhD student or 2 MSc students entering a graduate program offered by the Department of Food, Agriculture and Resource Economics. OAC Awards will request nominations from units in the Fall. Selection will be based on the quality of the student’s statement of research interest/academic intent in their application to the program and their admission average. No application is required. Students entering a full-time PhD program or a MSc Program offered by the Department of Food, Agriculture and Resource Economics who are interested in research relating to policy.
