Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law provide scholarships to recognise and support high achieving international students as they begin their journey in becoming great graduates of AUT.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  •  Applicants must be new full-fee paying international students.
  • Applicants must have a current and valid conditional or unconditional offer to study an eligible AUT programme in the School of Business in Semester 2, 2026.
  • Students who have already commenced studies at AUT are not eligible to apply.

Students are shortlisted based on their

  • Academic excellence

Selection criteria

SELECTION PROCESS

  • A selection committee comprising of representatives from AUT International and/or
  • Faculty will assessthe applications.
  • Applications will be shortlisted and awarded by AUT on the recommendation of the
  • selection committee.
  • The country of origin of the applicant may be considered by the selection committee to
  • align with AUT’s strategic aims.
  • Student’s academic achievement will be taken into consideration.
  • Selection will take place on a monthly basis until places are filled.

Applicants must complete the AUT International Scholarship application online through the scholarships database on the AUT website.

Application requirements

    Applicants are required to upload:

    • A current and valid conditional or unconditional offer to study an eligible AUT programme.
    • Detailed academic transcript for the most recent qualification, complete with grading scale.
    • Completion certificate of your highest qualification to date (e.g. High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree certificate).
    • Their AUT student ID in the box provided on the application form.
