Our International Sports Student Postgraduate Bursary offers a £12,000 tuition fee discount (set against the tuition fees of your chosen postgraduate taught programme ONLY). The bursaries are for those competing at a high level in sport, are funded by Loughborough University and are for self-funding students.
The standard for the award of bursaries is high, and the selection panel will be looking for the very highest academic and sporting achievers, so do ensure that your application is clear, and reflects your academic abilities, sporting achievements and motivation.
We currently have performance programmes in athletics, badminton, basketball, cricket, cycling, football, field hockey, netball, rugby union, swimming, squash, tennis and triathlon. We would also consider lacrosse.
