University College of Estate Management (UCEM) will fund 50% of the UCEM MSc Innovation in Sustainable Built Environments programme fee for a limited number students who have demonstrated outstanding academic ability and financial need. This scholarship scheme is available to our alumni.

You must have met the entry criteria for the programme, attended an interview and received an offer to study on the MSc Innovation in Sustainable Built Environments.

You will need to have demonstrated in your personal statement and interview a strong academic record and a drive for a sustainable built environment. Applicants will be assessed on their academic ability and excellence as part of the programme interview process

Once you have an offer and a student number you can apply for the scholarship by:

  • Completing this PG MSc Sustainability Scholarship Form
  • Providing financial evidence – as detailed on the form, depends on your circumstances this maybe your last three pay slips, a tax return or, your last three months’ bank statements and/or evidence of receipt of benefits if unemployed.

Your application will be assessed for academic excellence during your programme interview. Your financial need will be assessed on review of your scholarship form and the financial evidence presented.

A discount of 50% will be awarded to those students who have demonstrated previous academic excellence and whom the UCEM Teaching, Learning and Research Working Group believe will be most helped by receiving the support.
