Great school for the money and convience.

I am American (there was not option to choose American). I have enjoyed my time at AUT and so far i am impressed. I feel like their goal is really to help my education. Not all universities are like that.

AUT- good experience

New Zealand is a good country for international to study. students can experience mutilcutural festival (india, china, korea..)
there is no cutural divides so help international feel more comfortable, easily adapt to new environment.
AUT is a good university with good facilities and experienced lecturer, easy-going people.

Studying at AUT is pretty good. The people are nice and there seems to be a lot to do. It probably could be improved with better facilities- I’ve noticed that Auckland Uni tends to have more in the way of facilities for students (better gym etc) Try to attend information days before uni and see course councilors so that you pick the right course for you. I was put in contact with a programme administrator for my course, I received tons of advice and support about the course and my options. I didn’t make it into my course the first time round (short a few credits). So the selection process is fair. Early application is best, try to enroll the year or semester before you are wanting to start. I knew about studylink, however I did not know much about scholarships that were being offered. Try to organize studylink payments as early as possible and enroll through the studylink website because it’s faster. My course is okay, the content is a little boring at times (business faculty) I liked studying the Bachelor of Arts papers more because they ask for more input from their students. Group discussions are the best bit, individual study isn’t that great. Probably need to study between 3-5 hours a week Some of the new tutors are hard to learn from, the older more experienced ones are pretty good. Otherwise my current lecturers arn't too bad. Yes I receive the support I need, in my opinion the course is worth the money.

Engineering research

Overall experience has been good. Not that it is going outstanding but I still find it quite satisfactory. This is a research only course and deals with writing a thesis in engineering.

A very good experience!

This is a good university overall. The most important advice is to remain career oriented at all times and to keep your focus on your studies. Do not get distracted.

An "OK" university

My overall experience is not going satisfactory and I truly feel that I could have got admission in any other better university. I would not like to recommend AUT to future students.

Thank you AUT

My life here at AUT is quite satisfactory. My advice for people who want to study at AUT would be to get involved with clubs and be proactive about meeting people.

Best days of my study life..

I am enjoying my overall experience at AUT by studying well and producing good results. My results are the biggest factor in keeping me go for more and more. My advice to students will be to study hard and give your best to everything if you want to succeed.
