New and attractive life here

University of Southampton is a nice university as the environment is really nice in here you will meet people who you never see before and you will never think you will meet someone like that. 

My experiment in this place is that, the city is really nice there is a really nice shopping centre I think this is really attractive to the girls, however sometimes it will take really long to wait for one bus and if you miss it you might need to wait for another 30 mins, compare to London this is the thing that I don’t really like about the city. But if you live in Glen Eyre most of times you can sleep for longer in the morning because university is just like 20 mins away from hall, so this is one advantage. 

Some course might be hard, and got a lot work to do, such as Maths you will get 3 or 4 home works due every week and because it counts toward the course so you have to do it, but it is also an advantage because doing the homework you will be able to understand more what is the note talking about.

Pleasant life

I think the University of Southampton is a modern and historical coexistence comprehensive university . There are many professionals such as engineering , economics, arts are all the best in the UK. I study  undergraduate mathematics, where I gained a lot of knowledge. 
Southampton University campus is also very beautiful. There are trees, flowers everywhere. The facilities for teaching are also very good, where students can feel comfortable when they are learning . Southampton is located in the southernmost in the UK as a harbour city. The ocean is full of vitality . Urban transportation is very convenient , and has a large shopping center such as WestQuay, Asda, IKEA , and so on . I think that life here is very pleasant.

Electrical Engineering

Lots of work and exams for Electrical Engineering in Southampton

Have to admit that Electrical Engineering in Southampton is the best in the UK. The professors are all genius and studying this course makes me feel fulfilled. Why? Because too many work to do every day!!! not just work, also exams every week!!! We don't have time to have fun outside, not mention to have a girlfriend or boyfriend. Truly no time for that. When you wanna be the top, please remember, the view at the top is always lonely.
Beside that, what I can't enjoy in this uni are all very good, societies, shows, etc. 
Accommodation, depends, they have some in city centre and also have some just beside the uni. Up to you to choose where to live in.

Review for uni of soton

Management is not hard to study, but we are required a higher writing and speaking skills than the other courses. The lecturers are full of passion and have a good knowledge of these modules, but I don't think they really know how to teach. So normally we need to keep finding and asking questions to let tutor or lecturer explain more to us.
In addition, Student Union provides almost everything we want. And the school career centre also can give us advisement for our future career.
There are only 20 mins bus or maybe less from main campus of uni to city centre and all these are very convenient.

Southampton is one of the greatest schools in the world. They have best facilities for ECS because the ranking for ECS of Southampton in UK is the 1st. All professors are extremely patient. We can always ask what we wanna ask. 
There are several accommodations can be chosen. The environment around there are nice. Students can have lots of opportunities to make friends in accommodation living area. 
But the weather here is horrible sometimes, heavy wind and rain.

Uni life is okay, but the academic level is disappointed.

At first I thought the quality of educations of uni of southampton should be high, but it's much lower than I expected in my course. I study maths and actuarial science which is basically math stuffs. I don't think I was learning anything useful in the future. And since we have both lectures and tutorials, but I don't think they teach well. Sometimes they were just confusing students.

However, the Student Union in this uni is quite good. Whatever activities or performances, they are all worthy of attendances.

Southampton is a peaceful city as its size is not very big.
About the University, the facilities in every buildings are good, especially in ECS buildings as ECS is the best course in Southampton. There's a sports centre called Jubilee sports centre. I prefer swimming in there and the building is quite clean.
About the lectures of this course, most of lecturers are good, but some are boring because they just read the slides. And I think the daily exercises are not enough.

Life in Southampton

Southampton is a peaceful and friendly city and I really enjoy living here.

Accounting and finance is a course with a very wide of subjects including law and economics. We can gain lots of knowledge here.

The Student Union always holds events everyday which is quite fun. And there is a cinema and theater in the Uni and they charge a very low price with a high quality of services.

Good uni and city

The course is excellent and realistic. We have great teachers and tutor to taught us and they are very patient. We have lots of practice to gain more experience not only academically but also related to our future career. Basically this course can apply knowledge from lecture to reality. 

There's shops and cafes in the campus which are all really good and cheap. Every Monday, there's a fruit and vegetable market in SUSU and the goods are very fresh.

Anyway, good choice to live and study in Southampton.
