Al-Maktoum College of Higher Education

Al-Maktoum College of Higher Education is an independent, internationally recognised centre of higher education based in Dundee, Scotland. The college focuses on training students through customised academic and technical programmes recognised by the UK Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) and the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). Al-Maktoum College aims to provide high-quality teaching and a multicultural perspective to students, thus making for a rewarding educational experience. Since its inception in 2001, the college has had students from over 30 nationalities graduate from its contemporary courses, including its Higher National Certificate and Diploma (HNC/D) qualifications. Al-Maktoum College is in partnership with the University of Dundee and has launched Scotland’s first master’s degree in the field of Islamic Banking and Finance. The college also offers an MPhil (Master of Philosophy) in The Middle East in a Global Context, in partnership with Trinity College Dublin.
