Teesside University was established in 1930 and gained university status in 1992. It is located at Middlesbrough, UK and has an enrolment of more than 24,000 students. The University comprises of six schools, namely, Arts and Media, Computing, Health and Social Care, Science and Technology, Social Sciences and Law, and Business. Postgraduate and undergraduate programs are awarded in several fields, that include: Animation, Games & Computer Graphics; Applied Science; Art & Design, Media & Journalism; Business, Accounting, Leadership & Management; Computing; Engineering; Health & Social Care; Law; and Psychology & Criminology among others. It was formerly known as the University of Teesside.
