The California State University, Chico is a public university and is a part of the California State University system. It was established in 1887 and is located at Chico, California. The university comprises of nearly 14,500 students and 1,000 staff members. The various departments available at the university include agriculture, behavioral and social sciences, business, communication and education, engineering, computer science, construction management, humanities and fine art, natural sciences and regional and continuing education.
