Texas Tech University (TTU) is a major university, law and medical school located on an award-winning campus.

Texas Tech University offers a wide range of scholarships and funding to its postgraduate students. Additional financial support is provided by individual departments and faculties’, who award specific grants, assistantships and external funding. Applicants should contact the respective department for details on faculty-awarded funding.
The university also awards 250 fellowship awards to both new and current students. Both full-time and part-time students are eligible for this competitive fellowship, which awards between USD 500 – 300,000 to successful applicants.
Doctoral students who are approaching the end of their studies at TTU can apply for the Doctoral Dissertation Completion Fellowship. The fellowship enables students to completely focus on their dissertation research and complete their degree with no financial obstacles. Application support for fellowships is provided by The Graduate School, which help students create and submit applications to external sponsors too.
Additional support also comes from The Graduate Student Research Support Program. Offered in collaboration with The CH Foundation, the Graduate Student Advisory Council, and Parent and Family Relations, up to USD 40,000 is awarded to cover the costs of student research-related expenses.
